I like the idea with #12. What caught my attention was the arrow/360 degree design, in thinking it could mean a holistic approach to health. I'd like to see any more ideas you have around that. The other angle I'm thinking about is focusing on "revolution". So anything noting change, a shift, a transformation, metamorphosis would be great.
