I like this. My only feedback is that the two opposing parts of the icon feel a bit disjointed. Any thoughts on how to make them feel a bit more connected?

I like the icon. Can you try using the colours I recommended of the Reef green and the dark ocean blue. Thanks!

Not bad! Just feel the sharpness of the shapes of the person inside the logo need softening. It feels a little too corporate right now.
