On #21, can you arch Well Image above the Tree and put Nutrition straight across the bottom, like it is the grass with the tree growing out of it, with the roots still there?

So, you can't put the Words Well Image above the tree as an arch and the word Nutrition below the tree? What logo are you referring to that has this style?
