Discussion

I like the creativity of the text layout. Not as excited about the WCL in the logo icon. In some ways this might be stronger without the icon. What do you think? What I do like about the icon treatment is the use of fading dark to light in the purple. That looks kind of cool. Not sure it works as well in the red, since it makes it hard to know what's happening with the W - sort of fades it out.

Can I see #4 without the WCL but with the red?

Like the concept of #10 with having the icon behind the logo, but I don't think that one really works as is because it is pretty unclear what that icon is or why it's there. Like the font of #11 as it shows well-connected right in the text. cool. Downside is that Leader now kind of dominates over well-connected, whereas in #8 it is more balanced.

Wordmark is always great and has a long life span. I love it too. If you may check my portfolio, you may find Regex that I've just won few days later. That's look great, very simple but meaningful for software security company where their business stand.

However, your old logo that used 7 'swoosh' is look different and I already like even when I looked at it the first time (not its center design included). So I recommended to keep the '7 swoosh' in your new logo. And that's good I think to keep related with your past, right?

LEADER is eye-catching word. Inspiring everyone who see it. That's the reason I make it look dominant then other words. I glad it look like work for you, too.

Thank you for your feedback, and sorry for not respond faster, just because its 4 am now in Indonesia :).

Herdian

#5 and #14 has only 6 swoosh, I made wrong treatment when created before. Here is its revision. I prefer to keep the swoosh being seven as I recommended to you before.
By the way, you may put my older works to 'not interested', so I may withdraw them with no reluctant. Thank you.

Thank you for your great options - especially amazing you can be this creative at 4AM. I agree, the 7 swoosh is stronger is more unique and draws on the previous logo. In #19, I can't tell what color the well-connected text is. Same color as the logo?

'well-connected' color in #19 is darker, but still in the same color scheme, thank you.

Anyway, the reason I used connected font type for 'well-connected' is suppose it can be stand-alone without symbol beside it. Occasionally you may need it for some reasons. Thank you.

What is the difference between #20 and #16?
Is there something further we can do with #10 - I still like the idea of the image behind the logo. Kind of cool looking.

#20 and #16 difference in the font used. Just another option for you to choose the best. I'll try develop #10 so may look more proper for you. I hope you can see it as soon. Thank you.

Love these new looks! Hard to pick just one. Thank you!

Thank you for the options with the different alternate word choices. Really helps me see how flexible this logo is. It is a very strong contender!

I glad you already like it. Thank you.

With #101, can you add the Inc. as you did on others. And can you give me one or two other color options?

Love #110! Can you change the purple on the text to cover the whole word CONNECT (rather than just Con - as that has a negative connotation)!
Thanks.

Can I also see #109 with the purple across the whole word Connect? Thanks.

Also, on #110, can I see it without the N's connecting and with the Well-Connected in Green and the bottom text in purple (not a mix of colors on Well-Connected). Thanks. Might be a bit too much with all the different things happening.

I got a strong vote on #69 from one of my marketing folks because he say he sees the C and O as people that are connecting with one another - like you are looking down on them from above. Can we play with that concept a bit? Maybe make those two letters larger or some other way to make them look more like two people meeting...

I like the simplicity of #116. Can we try that with the original red we were using in #11 and other earlier icons, rather than green. #116 also plays with the concept of infinity, which for me is what well-connected leaders have - infinite possibilities. What else can we do with the infinity concept?

#119 like the idea of the icon integrated into the logo but worry that the CO becomes hard to read. Also, can we move back to red?

#138 is getting too feminine. I have realized that the feminine style is not as appropriate for my audience and changed to push to a more professional/business/masculine style as that will likely work better.

I know we have been focusing a lot on the idea of connections, but what if instead you were to concentrate on the idea of success? I have revised the creative brief to explain that well-connected is a part of what we do, but our brand promise is about SUCCESS - and we are building LEADERS who achieve that success. WHat is good about a lot of your images is that Leader is as important as Well-Connected. This is good! But what can we do with the image to focus more on success and less on well-connected?

The best symbol for success, as long as I know, is the sun. Since your old logo look alike based on sun symbol, I think modify your old logo would be the best thing that I can get for now. Here is the result. Thank you.

I like #143, thank you. It is feeling a little weaker than I'd like - is there a way to strengthen the font and the image a bit? It just looks too insubstantial right now. But I think the concept is great.

#143, can you flip the color on the icon so the purple is on top - like #116? Thanks. Also, the font you are using - it is very thin and delicate. Is there a way to make it just a bit stronger, without going as thick/fat lettering as #35? Thanks.
