I believe this design meets most all of your expressed and implied requirements. I recognize that I did not incorporate Bob's image into the design. My impression from your feedback is that Bob's image became less important as the contest progressed. I hope you enjoy considering my design as much as I have enjoyed creating it. Happy judging!
