Websites ExpressLogo Design Contest

Hi ian, here's my proposal. I made a geek character with inline skate to represent fast an easy. Let me know what you think, Any feedback would greatly appreciated.

Hi Ryo... Awesome!! I think you're the first designer to understand what I am looking to convey!

Can you please show me some designs with a few changes:

- Change the lettering to standard case i.e. Websites Express (not all upper case)
- Change the style of the lettering to a more bold type (like the font used in the entry I have ranked 5th so far)
- Change the colours of the words to: 'Websites'- Dark/Executive Grey & 'Express'- Green (mid-range i.e. not too dark & not too light). Feel free to change the colours on the little man's clothes too.
- Can you also please send me a copy through with the following colours please: 'Websites'- Black & 'Express' Red. Again feel free to change the colours on the little man.

One last request... Can you please send me an example through without the slogan. I would just like to see how that looks.

I think this character will works great for your logo because simple and fun. The character also could use as a guide for your website, explaining the steps on how to setup the website with easy and fun! What do you think?

Great. Can you please try changing the guy back to his original colours (blue top and brown pants) and making the 'Websites' a rich blue and the 'Express' a burnt orange (like the colours on the entry I have ranked 5th.

Are you able to play around with the lettering a little bit? If you have a look at the entry I have ranked 5th at the moment, the lettering really conveys speed. It doesn't have to be exactly the same but I would like the lettering to be on the move if that makes sense.

Ps. What i am trying to do is get the wording to look really recognizable/ distinct in its own right so that i can use just the wording in some of my branding, without the little man. So i guess the best way to ensure that happens is to almost imagine that the man isn't there, when designing the wording. That said, the logo still has to look completely integrated when the 2 do come together.

Let me know if this doesn't make sense.

Hi Ryo,

I like entry #108 the most. Can you please just amend the word 'Express' slightly. I think it is a little too bold. Can you please make the lettering the same size as in the word 'Websites'.

P.S. Can you please change the colouring in the word 'Express' to make it go from Red to Yellow, from left to right rather then Yellow to Red how it is now?

They are nice but very similar to the others you have created. If you can try and create a more professional/ sleek style logo using both the wording and an image using the initials WE, it would be great.
