Good start Bayudesign!
reference to #1:
nice the idea of the italian flag. It looks like a modern "power on/off" button. It would be nice to have it more Web 2.0, expecially the text "web constructor". I suggest you to use colors also in the text.
Can you also try to add a "middle dot" or a "pipe" between the words "Joomla", "Consulenza" and "Formazione"

1 - Support
2 - Technology
3 - Customer care
Your submission is very Web 2.0 and we like it, but it fails to communicate:
- Support
- Customer care
and I also would like to say, that it does not give me the idea of "Constructor".
Anyway we like very much your style. Please submit some more ideas!
