#10 Looks like it could be the shape of a fish keeping the shirt in tact but continuing with outline of fish where the legs are.

#11 Can you clean up where the shoulders meet around the black head? just like you have it on #10. For some reason the "tip" got cut off. Maybe have a thin blue line curving down to finish the tail.
