I like how you did the arrows pointing up for the I.
Spacing between WE SHOULD is a bit much. I'm not even sure that can be fixed because I know we want the text to fill the space. Possibly increasing the space between We & Should may help.
I know we are still early, but I want to provide feedback on the setup.
