Sorry - I see your other designs were on a white page, so I get it. But what I like about this is the arrow C's in each of the 3 c-words...

I really like this. Can you show what it would look like on a white page? Maybe with grey lettering?

Also, can it feel a bit more bohemian? Not sure how you do that with a modern take also...Now that I'm seeing the logos, I feel they don't really represent who I am as much.

This is cool - modern feel and I dig it. Can you incorporate the words Coaching, Culture and Change below the company name? Maybe even the "c" in each word would be that arrow "c" in the logo?
I'd also like to see it in chartreuse instead.
