could you make one with a dark blue circle surrounding this circle logo

We really like this logo. Will you redo the wave using the image that is attached to this brief as a reference? Make sure you incorporate both of the blue colors and the green in the wave.
Also will you make the same logo using some of these colors: #9ED138, #16457E, #0080c4, #41C7F8
blue and green for the logo, mostly blue for the wave with a highlight of green
