I will do this when I get back tonight... I do embroidery all the time - sometimes an enclosed ring will pucker more that an open one - puckering happens when the shrinkage on the thread is different from the garment. - ask the embroidery service you will use about that - happy to try differnt fonts for you too.

Can you please use different font types and maybe a circular ring to give more shape as the logo will be embroidered into garments
