I like the design and layout. One thing that I have decided after viewing the current submissions is that the tag line "strengthening Individuals, Couples and Families" makes the design look more cluttered than I like so I would like to drop that part. Also with your design I would like to see different colors. Im looking for something that conveys stability, trustworthiness, calmness, security yet with a hint of energy and passion for what we do.
I obviously am drawn to this symbol for some reason as I have ranked many of your designs. Im just trying to find the right colors. Im wondering what design #23 would look like with the Waterford in Dark blue matching one of the "leaflets"
thanks for your participation. At this juncture I am looking for one of my top five logo designers to really steep up and push the design to make it more personalized to my line of work...psychology. It needs to be something that looks very professional, sophisticated, defined, specific to my industry. Although the name of my practice is Waterford it has little to do with water. It just so happens to be the location of the practice...on Waterford drive :) I really want the logo to look more sophisticated. Even if it is a stylized "W" or some other design that looks sophisticated, educated...pertaining to psychology and the services we provide.
Im a little disappointed....I talked to my web design guy and he wasn't so sure this logo works with what he is trying to convey on my website. Anyway, do you have any other design ideas that might better convey the ideas of psychology, sophistication, educated,, trustworthiness......he suggested some earth tones as that is what he is doing on the wb page. any ideas? also he mentioned a "stylized "W" for Waterford might be good. anyway....see what u can come up with. thanks
In spite of what my web guy says i still like this logo...he did say that the symbol looked like there was a "ghost" coming out of it. what do u think?
I started with the idea of a generally positive looks for a person - self. The figure are connected with the irregular shape (individual aspect of coaching) . . Combined with the rounded looks giving a dynamic feel which could be attributed to picture of urban movement.
In my opinion (maybe, of course), this logo , somehow, suits your business: human figure above ( flower looks) the open 'W' shape. Also 'w' is a part of the 'apple shape' (give some "healthy-optimistic" meaning). ... ....Maybe the gray color make a ghost looks..
thank you. I appreciate your explanation. It makes sense and helps me understand why I have a 'gut" feel liking of the design. Understanding your rational helps.
