I like the flatness of this, but when I said a "subtle" W/N, what I was trying to communicate was that the W/N would be made up more of artistic elements as opposed to actual letters typed into the droplet. For example, the waves at the bottom already have a little n shape to them. My thought was to try and maybe make the waves a little taller to make it look just a little more like an "n". And, the "w" might have come from making a few of the rays in the sun a little wider. I don't know if that will be the one that gets everyone going, but it was a thought. Sorry for the confusion.

Right now, this reminds me of Pac-Man. However, I do like the stylized "W" in the droplet. If there was a way to get a stylized "N" in the droplet as well, that might work. I would get rid of the extra little droplet at the bottom - seems like overkill.

I like this one the best of the series that you just did. You do great work. However, this may be too artsy for the team's liking. I'll definitely present this one because it is beautiful. Here are a couple things we can try on separate versions...1. Make the waves a flat color instead of shaded. 2. Maybe see if you can put a subtle "w" in the rays of the sun and a subtle "n" in the waves. 3. For some, the sun may be too much, maybe try one without the sun and just the waves with the "w" and "n" subtly integrated somehow.

Again, it is beautiful, but trying to stay away from leaves. Also. I'm on the fence about the large curve running through the droplet. In the one with the sunrise, which I'll comment on separately, I think it might work, but in this one, I'm not feeling it.

Beautiful, but I'd prefer not to have leaves in the logo. Trying to focus on water. Green color is good, just trying to keep to water. Thanks!

Again, beautiful. I'm going to put this one in the running for the team to look at, but my gut says that it may not convey enough of the seriousness that we are looking for.

WOW! These two are beautiful to look at. I personally love the droplet and what's inside. However, I need something that looks a little more serious. I know, that can lean towards boring. But, maybe you can come up with something that is still beautiful but not boring.

I'm liking where you're going with this, but this one won't win it. I'm not sure how to tell you where to go other than to say that I'm looking for an icon that will stand on it's own without words one day and I need it to be conservative, but cool.
