Wanted to emphasize the fact that the customer gets to see their "Own Team." Whether it's a parent, a grandparent, a friend, or who every, It's a pretty cool thing for their team to be the stars. So I wanted to give that some prominence in the logo. The arrows to the right and left of the words "MY TEAM" serve a dual purpose. First, the represent the common symbol of "Play" on pretty much any video player. Secondly, they represent the eyes of the watching viewer. I made these small so they would not distract from the main focus, "MY TEAM", but at the same time add a more complete feel to the logo. I choose a light blue to fit better with your current website.
Similar concept as my other submissions. But this particular design has more of a digital feel. The gradients help to create some depth with in the logo.
