We like the direction you went with this logo. Could you remove the gradient (make it a solid color)? Maybe you could try making the flower a little smaller? Right now the flower stands out more than we'd like.

Right now it seems too close to our current logo. Could you try changing the square into a circle?

Could you try using a different font for the Walters Gardens Inc.? Try using more of a basic font.
