About the image as a watermark behind the logo, logotournament don´t allow designers using images on the logo, because this is only for vectorize logos. Hope you understaind. If we break the rules we can be removed from the contest. You can read more about this here if helps: https://logotournament.com/help/client/154

But after the contest is complete you can do that with the designer you choose do not worrie.

What i can say is that my logo will work well on images, since you have a good negative space.

Also the emblem circle can be filled in a white background with a tranparency of 90% or less, with a image bellow and it will create a great effect.
