i'am prefer #141 design sir.
perfect colours combination / italic typography which is indicate leadership / fast / new era / jump start.
the hummingbird concept it self represent *hardworking and fun.

(*hardworking concept : hummingbird can hover in mid-air by rapidly flapping their wings 12–90 times per second!)
