Here is the logo I came up with, based on your requests. I kept the layout within the confines of a 6x3 box, so that it will transfer perfectly to the space on your boat.

I don't like the sunglasses, and the fleur de lis in the wording. also the wording could be spaced a little more. and the fish could be a little skinnier. Thanks
