I would remove the slogan at the bottom and just have the business name. Make the tail wag. Face the pup forward with a huge smile. Have the pup hold a ball in her mouth. Dot the "i's" with small bones. More detail to the pup perhaps with a few spots on her. Use the entire color pallette: Maui blue, orange, light green and chocolate brown. Try a different font that looks less robotic. I really like the overall design of the pup. She's not too cutesie which I like.

The font is closer to what I'm looking for. I'd like to see more maui blue than green. I like the tail wagging on the dogs.

I really like the modern, crisp design. The doggie looks sad, though. Needs more color. Maybe a different font.
