I like this one. What about changing the teal on the bottom left 1/3 and putting in that silver you did on the previous logo?

You bring some interesting styles to your logo I like. This logo somewhat reminds me of recycling which I don't like, but it also has three areas which are my primary focus. That being residential, commercial, and investment. Any thoughts on tweaking this to show full circle business, three pillars of my business, but not so much the recycling factor?
