I wasn't sure if you wanted to keep the initials part of your existing logo, but thought perhaps the V and P curling around a globe could be improved, and so my submitted designs are variations of this. I have chosen to use latitude and longitude lines on the globe instead of continents as there is not enough of land masses visible to be recognisable.
