Nice...on the right track, but he looks angry and maybe he could be a she and ethnic.

What if the background is gray and the word Pop is red...play with it, Thanks!

Entry #3 is nice, but I like the lighting bolts in #4 and the round background. I look forward to seeing the evolution of the design.

Thanks! #7 is closer. The clothes and fist still seem harsh and masculine, what about losing it or softening it? Can I see it with Vox black and Pop red? Also, the majority of youth we will be working with are Hispanic and African American, so it is really important that the logo represents them, too. Subtle point but: not singing, but speaking out. Thanks, again for your effort.

I like #10 better. How about making the eyes less dark or turning her towards us a little. Give her an earring maybe. She needs to look a little more ethnic if possible. Thanks for the revisions!

Nice job! #11 is more like it. Maybe the earring could be just a little smaller. Could the lightening bolts extend beyond the circle and be gray outside of the circle? Also, can we see if red lips would look good? Thanks!

The red lips are a no-go, but some teenagers suggested #12 with a red background and gray lightening. The earring could be between the size of the first one and the new one. Any chance she can turn towards us just a little? Thanks! Keep up the good work.

Thanks. The feedback I have gotten is that the person has to be genderless. The red background is better, but the lighting bolts look better coming out of the circle.
