That makes sense and I like the notion of talking to family is important... However, I worry that people will think it is only to be used in the case of emergency. Or worse, that they'll think that using our service might make the ship sink! I like the simplicity of the design, but the mental associations might be a bit off target. Keep going with the importance of family, though. That direction seems promising.
