Can you do this on a white background? that is the way it will look. Interesting idea though.

what happened to the dot on top of the check mark? I liked that better. The TM has to be to the right of the "M" and not above it at all.

that is unfortunate, since I don't really like Ake #2, and yours without the dot on the top looks too much like a check mark.
