I'm sure that the support of LT will help you But the explanation is that the designer was disabled because almost all of their designs were cliparts and almost all his work were copy from other designers and other places... for that was banned
Just for your information the "designer" that is "defending" the banned designer is the same designer with a duplicate account... that will be banned for sure in the next hours... so, don't care too much about that person, because is the same cheater that is trying to mislead you and LT
Is your decision to select the design from the banned designer... but is your risk if after you found that the logo is just merely a copy from another one... I don't know if it is... but seeing the record of that designer is a posibility
You can ask LT support to reopen the contest and let other honest designers to help you with your logo
