Great concept. Prefer #18 with the lighter background.

Can you make the background of the Vista Palomar Park rectangle all one color rather than having a texture?

Also, can you move the palm trees up to be on either side of the buildings along the top?

#23 Can you remove the small black triangle above the center?

Also, can you try make the center building mimic the actual building architecture a little more closely?

Do you have any other palm trees for consideration?
