Can you try one with the colors switched (VIS orange and the CARE blue). Also, do another like that but with the icon on the left side rather than the top

Maybe three different related colors in the negative space to represent the modular design of our platform.

Like the font and colors. Prefer different icon. Maybe a V inside a square with different colors in the negative space outside the V inside the square.

Make different colors for VIS and CARE

Try a different icon without person motif. Give some color to the letters but keep font. Change tagline to "Maximizing efficiency and outcomes"
