I do like the font and concept but not crazy about the snake.

I definitely like this snake better. I would probably make the snake more subtle and "menacing." :)

I would also like to explore some logos WITHOUT the snake head... just to see if we can come up with some different looks. Could we try some similar logos without the snake head, and maybe just some with a much more subtle approach to the snake (for example, just eyes and teeth, or silhouette...just something more subtle)? Thanks
