nice concept, but let me suggest some possible improvements. As we will use the logo also on t-shirt, cups and scarves we need that the logo is "separated" by the text, something that can also stay alone.
1) make the logo on the left and the text on the right. 2) in the logo the "soccer" idea is missing, because you added it to the text. Try to find a way to add the "soccer" to or on the side of the "apple". 3) maybe also the idea of New York should be more evident (For example by using the american flag as the peel of the apple?) 4) "Florence" idea is well shown by the presence of the "Giglio", maybe the idea of "Italy" can be represented somewhere (the leaf of the apple) by a little italian flag?
