Great work!
I like the #52 more than the #51. Consider that we will use the logo on cups, t-shirts and scarves, so we need the logo to be as clear as possible.
Maybe you also want to try to use the more traditional soccer ball panel layout, like this one:

I like your style, but if you have time, suggest also an alternative concept that is more "web oriented".
