I can see somewhat what you are going for, but the shield and cross is closer to an episcopal symbol than catholic. In #43 you get closer to what would be seen as a Catholic diocesan crest but use of something in that style would be presumptuous for a retail endeavor. I will give additional feedback as our other reviewers get to me.
I do promotional work for two diocese in my area and used their art as inspiration for these designs... so a similar cross in the shield is definitely used as part of the design for the Catholic Bishop's award that they give out each year... thus your comment confuses me... I am not catholic myself so not positive.
