Thank you for your submissions. This comment is for both your entries. The impression I get from the logo is that Its for a store that sells Christmas trees, lights and ornaments. Which is not the case. I prefer more traditional colours like red & green for Christmas and purple/black/orange for Halloween. The logo must include Christmas and Halloween elements.
