Regarding on the doctor and patient facing each other high fiving, in wont work because the stethoscope wont be clear enough or unrecognizable because it is side view. For me, this is the right angle to recognize the doctor.. Thanks!

Also, I'd like to see a version where the doctor and woman are facing each other high fiving.

I think the people need to be just a wee bit larger. Not much, but just a little.

I would also like to see this with "Vidscrip" written below the star.
