Would you also be able to make the O look like a computer monitor? I am not sure the play icon works as this is to not watch videos, but to engage over video for job interviews

I like the idea opf the people in the O but they look a bit too cartoony. Can you do the logo in black and make the silhohouettes white and with not such big noses
