This is my first submission for you. The idea behind it is:

- Circle crossed by the way of an butterfly - the symbol of change and transformation;

The same idea, but now the road that crosses the circle is V-shaped.

V-shaped, because of the "V" in Victorious, besides two Vs makes an W for Women :)

Here the idea is the same, but this time instead of a butterfly there is a leaf. It represents the new beginning (as the butterfly by the way), fresh start, etc.

Here - previous idea was kept, but I added the woman Venus sign which is also as a cross - the symbol of faith.
