We like #35. it is simple, strong, and clean. Can you try a version with a slightly bigger V and S. Not significantly enough such that it gets in the way of Center but just a bit to set of the work Viatas. We like the font used but might want to see it with a font similar to what you used in your logos for Metrolina and Indian River. We also really like those two logos, and the Indian River theme especially since the river also looks like a "path"

actually the word Viatas already had the same font that I used for Metrolina... here I used too for the word "Center"
