I like this, but is there anyway to tone down the colors a bit?

Both, have had the same logo for 25 years, but wanted sometype of change, but still consistancy for our clients, does that make sense?

I prefer it to say, Inc. even if it is smaller, maybe I am old fashioned and need to get with the times.
Maybe just the different sizes of letters makes the blue look different. Like # 17. Without the inc, what do you have in mind?

without inc logo will loo more compact. If you look logos like google, nike etc noone has inc written on logos. but its all about personal choice :)
