Entry #4 is my favorite at this point. I like the colors and the shape of the device.
Entry #3 is the second in ranking. The only negative comment is that the device seems similar to the Star Trek "V" device.
Entries #2 and #1 make use of a Windows cursor. We'd prefer that the design omit GUI interface symbols like the cursor, hand or pointer.
The typeface and choice of coloros used in all four is good.
