Thanks for your design. I don't care for the caduceus though. And her front leg needs to be more bent. Maybe add a stethoscope around her neck flying behind her in the breeze?

In this design and the other one, i would like to see the runner look a bit more relaxed/have a longer stride. I like the way the runner is colored.
