How about #450 and #453?

I am getting some good feedback on this from my team. Here are some suggestions I'd like to see:
- Can you incorporate an arrow into the right side of the V to show turnaround performance and upward trending performance.
- Let's remove the dot in the V
- love to see some different fonts - maybe one that's all caps and a bit finer, more modern.

The team like this, but asked for some variation. I'd like to keep this one, but create one without the arrow incorporated in the Q. Also, any subtle 3D effects you can add to the V with the increasing bar chart.

Thanks - The mark in the Q looks like a downward arrow, which I don't want. Pointing to the right would be good, but not down. Also, pretty low energy...

Could we try this with different colors? Maybe Green in place or orange? Same blue - or maybe a darker blue.
