Great. If you made the lines slightly more dense (closer together) and fixed the color gradient on the right hand portion it would be even better!

Not what I had in mind, but maybe you try turning the lines on their side as in the markup it might look more like an arrow.

Good day Mosby. You are one of three we have chose to work with in the Selection phase, so you may float in and out of first place. While you are there now can you make one minor change to this particular design? The arrow on the right side of the "V" needs to be a bit more integrated into the fan that makes up the rest of the V (which I love). Currently it stands out a bit too much.

Can we find a way to incorporate a subtle arrow in the image on the left?

I like the new colors - Can you weave in a reference to a change to upward progress? Also let's see what using the mark in the Q to show a right pointing arrow.

I love the design idea, but can we use the right side of the V and the two bars next to it to show growth upward? Maybe shorten the right side of the V and raise the two bars furthest right the highest.

Thanks for removing the LLC, but I think we want to keep it to two colors - green and blue - I like the blend, but maybe replace the IQ with the green.

Can you take out the LLC? Otherwise I really like this.

Also, remove the LLC - not needed in our logo

Can you try to integrate the swoop image into the V?? Maybe a bit of a 3D look to it??
