I like both of your designs #56 and #57; I love #57 because it updates our existing logo. I like #56 because it is new, clean and professional. Would you be able to update #57 with a grey or some other color background? These logos will have to go on real estate for sale signs and a fully white background would not be the best fit for us. If you can play with the colors on #56 I would like to see that too. Great stuff!
