I like your use of additional color in #41, 42, and #34.
I also am interested in the use of 'V' in the logo, however the V in #4 needs to be stronger in style. I am not fond of the use of 'people figures.'

#325, add gray shadow under the 'V'. remove circle around (tm). Change (tm) to light gray, Make the red color in the 'v' to a single color - no gradient.
