this is my first try for the creation of your logo. I will try to explain the concept the best i can! The world is surrounded (and protected) by human arms, the hand is picking a leaf, taking from nature and not from animals (that are protected in the arm's embrace) the hand is picking from it's own arm to give the sense of growing and eating something natural and good.
