This logo jumped off the page and caught my eye as much or more than others submitted so far. That of course is a good thing. It would be nice to see some different versions, colors. But more importantly, I don have some trouble with the round shape and "Square" in the mark name. Can you try something that is just as crisp as what you hae here but using a square?
