How about 3 bold arrows starting from the bottom left and pointing to the upper right. Also can you do a black background vs. blue and make the lighter blue color a deeper blue? Thanks!!!

This one is better. Again, different colors for the MWR (Blue, black, white.). perhaps some arrows where you currently have the blue design?? (3 arrows)

I like the circle concept. The blue looks too much like AT & T. Maybe play with the MWR in Blue, White, Black. Thanks
