For flanges, can we make the increase from start to tip less abrupt and more gradual. Not so much of a heavy curve and more of a gradual increase. Does that make sense?

Nearly there. Hope I can explain this correctly. Can we make all flanges have a more gradual escalation? Then I think we will be complete. Can the final drafts have with and without the distressing? Will I receive line art compatible with Corel Draw so I can modify individual components for various formats? Thank you!

Even better. Please reduce the amount of flange at all 5 points by 50%. That is the tip of the "A" and four points on circle.

is this what you mean?

This is looking great. Lets try lining the left tip of the A in Vault with the circle then adding flanges to the edges of the circle where it opens for the word vault. Also, please remove the reflection on 177, make it a bit shorter and little bolder.
