#20 - This is interesting. Maybe refined as a V wrapped around a ball. Recently considered that maybe the logo could be thought of as a 'custom element', the variance element, that takes on multiple forms (as in periodic table element).
#10/9- Don't think I want the notion of a person in the logo. Good energy though.
#18- Good logo, but too bright for what I'm going for - reminds me of a flower. Perhaps walk away from the reuse of the Vs, and tighten it up to do the element thing mentioned in comments for #20.
#21 - Maybe variance is the notion of standing apart in a series of forward lines (?): //V//
#23/22 - These have great energy - could the ring be tightened up vertically? Maybe the second A could be normal? For #23, I think I even like that CE are slightly lowered.
Thoughts maybe around the V being a container holding water, and a drop rising out of the V? Very subtle water effect inside the V? Or the same concept on the final E?
Perhaps a notion that Variance lowers entropy? Something like the statement from chaos to form - but is clean?
