#46 & 47 - like the fonts and colors. Don't prefer the design on 47 as it seems like something from the beach. Maybe it could be replaced with something resembling an apartment building?

Refined the logo a little. Made the cluster into a "V" shape and added a sidewalk to enhance. Please let me know your thoughts.
